MOWCAP grants program – applications now open

21 May 2018

The Memory of the World Committee Asia-Pacific (MOWCAP) and the Asia Cultural Centre have introduced a grants program to support groups and organisations that collect, and preserve and provide access to documentary heritage from the Asia-Pacific region.

Grants of up to $US 10,000 aim to encourage collaboration and partnerships to undertake projects (e.g. preservation of materials, digitizing, exhibitions, publications etc) as well as to develop skills and resources (eg. workshops, training programs, expert assessments etc). Grants are required to be fully expended, and the project completed and acquitted, within a 6-month period (July-December 2018).

PARBICA members are encouraged to apply. If you are thinking of applying and require some additional support, PARBICA Bureau members are willing to provide advice on your applications. To access this support, email parbica.treasurer@naa.gov.au

Applications are due by 22 June with further details available at: http://www.mowcapunesco.org/grants/
